Update: In the past years the park has mixed reputation from local parents with kids, as some homeless person was trying to live in the bathrooms, and some suspicious individuals wandering in the park, but if you watch your kids the park is still nice.
Former facts still hold true:
Hidden gem of the Lake Forest. Park is large enough for small and large parties. There are three playgrounds (or one super large that is split into three parts) that cover all kid ages with a variety of slides, climbs and other stuff. There is a public restroom in the park. There are also tennis courts for local residents.
Parking is limited to parking along the road, with no dedicated park parking.

Rant Other parks that include both, have the basketball courts lit. I don't see why there can't be a light system here. Read moreThis park is a great family park with many fine choices of physical activity. A little TLC front the City for some repairs and after hours clean up of later in evening misuse of others would make it even better.
This is one of the parks in LF that should be used more regularly for local activities and challenges that are heart healthy with all of the great options so strategically placed.
