GameStop — Local services in Lake Havasu City

I went in to see if they had any Astro 50s and they didn’t so I had to order them through the app along side another item. I received the package but the Astro a50s were missing. After hours dealing with care trying to get a the items that I ordered they said the package was delivered so they denied sending me the missing item or refunding my money told me to reach out to the carrier. I spoke with USPS and the package was delivered and not tampered with so they say GameStop has to resolve this issue but I keep getting sent in circles and nobody on GameStop side is willing to help...

I love our Lake Havasu GameStop. All of the employees have been very helpful and treat you like you're one of their geeky pals (in a professional manner, of course!). I own an XBOX and Nintendo products and they've been very knowledgeable about issues, upcoming releases and availability for various items. Usually very friendly people. There's one who I chatted with for fifteen minutes after preordering Far Cry 4. However, an employee with the last name Garcias is very rude. He was chatting on the phone even when customers were at the register, as well as put a customer on hold to finish his personal conversation.
