Even after finding one of my eggs broken asked a coworker to run to replace it. Now that is personal interest. She took the time to chat with me and is so adorable. Yes the employees should get curbside on their day off so that they see how spoiled we feel. Thanks HEB estore! Such personal interest and compassion are hard to find these days. Even Adriana was very professional and smiley at checkout and Asbel packed everything just right after he offered and went above and beyond to notice and get us a second basket. Glad to have you all on board our HEB team of professionals. October 24, 2024 Bree loaded my curbside groceries with a smile and assured me there were no substitutions on my order. She had a pep in her step and seemed to enjoy her job. Thanks again HEB Curbside! There are always enough spaces to wait and I have never waited more than a few minutes after sending the "I am here" text. You are a blessing to my family! October 13, 2024, So nice to spoil myself today with HEB Curbside. It was a pleasure to meet Isreal who brought out and loaded my groceries. He explained that I had no substitutions which was really nice to know before I left and when I asked about the curbside section that seemed so organized he briefly told me it is a separate department and he has been trained and works only in that department. How cool is that! No wonder they get it right EVERY TIME. Thanks Isreal and our HEB Curbside Team. We really appreciate your hard work and dedication! August 16, 2024 Kait and Christian in the Deli have to be applauded for their Friendly attitude and big smiles. When Kait cut my deli items it was obvious she loves her job and loves her customers. March 2024 This week we are so glad that Justin and Jake at the Lake Jackson Texas location helped us get my precious husband's pharmacy items and now that we're both on Medicare how exciting to be partnering with HEB long-term. Thank you so much to our HEB pharmacy for hiring such competent individuals. Pharmacy always gets the best price for our family. Sometimes even beats the GOOD RX price! ALSO at the Lake Jackson location saw so many smiles last shopping trip from Regina, Aurora, Abry, and Linda!!! If you would have asked me what I think about HEB - Lake Jackson two years ago, I wouldn’t have known where to start. Yes, there was a time when this location was extremely well stocked, appropriately manned, and you wouldn’t have to dodge and duct Curbside shoppers, stockers (although, it’s hard to understand what they are actually stocking). Unfortunately, the good times have faded away as quickly as their item selection. It’s bad, guys! I’m sorry to say it, but it’s bad! I get it. Pandemic, construction, supply issues (-allegedly); but HEB Lake Jackson has managed to stay permanently disabled while the other local stores are flourishing. The main issue is the genuine lack of selection. Everything is picked over at any given time of the day. It is rare for me to walk in and out without having to shop elsewhere for the remainder of my list. Recent photos i have taken of the empty shelves and sent to my wife as I’m trying to cross off items from my list is borderline apocalyptic. The second biggest issue is the obstacle course of curbside shoppers and boxes everywhere. The curbside staff give absolutely no regards to anyone else I the store, as they pull their U-Haul size buggy into the center of an isle, only to walk 20 feet away and grab an item. If you’re flexible enough to maneuver around them, then you must prepare for Level 2; boxes upon boxes of inventory (that would likely complete my shopping list.) Again, I know we are falling on hard economical times, but I have been visiting our side piece, Kroger, and it seems to have ample amounts of goods. As much as it absolutely pains me (and it really does because I love the institution of HEB), I am going to have to break it off and wonder what could have been. And at the risk of sounding like Karen, this is, in fact, the first time I’ve ever made a negative post (publicly) in my life. I hope things reform, and when/ if they do, I will return to...

I’ve been a customer of H.E.B, for 15 plus years. I also had business relations with them for 10 years. Went to the store in LJ this evening. Sampled some tamales put a package in my cart and the lady handed me a coupon. I continued to shop. I was in the cleaning now, but didn’t quite understand how a digital coupon worked. There was an H-E-B partner in the same. I ask her to show me how it worked she did I got to the register checked out gave the cashier the coupon for the tamales, he would not go back through the prior transactions to check the price Said he wasn’t allowed to do that. Did not honor coupon then onto the digital coupon again he scanned the barcode and he said there’s no value here….I don’t know what to tell you Unfortunately, this is making me think who do I wanna do business with when it comes to groceries? It seems the H-E-B partnership is geared for the younger generation again loss of respect for its customers or should I say elderly customers. Unfortunately, in today’s society, some people are not technical geared. Some are enough to get by and some are very wizardly. However, when it comes to frustration over pennies to the dollar it’s time for me to find another grocery store and that’s a shame I used to like HEB.
