Wow! I have come to this place often as they serve somewhat decent food, albeit overpriced.. today I went in to dine in. I ordered chorizo egg plate with refried beans and potatoes.. halfway through my meal I ate a hair that was in the beans.. drum roll. That's not the worst part.. I then walked up to the counter with the hair in my hand and the girl just looked at me and said well. Do you want me to make you another plate? I said of course I don't. I want my money back. I sat down back at my table and she came back and said you want me to make you a plate and I said no. The owner yelled at me from across the room and said what's the problem and I said there was a hair in my plate and she says I know that but what's your problem?... I ordered a taco with cheese, sausage, bacon, chorizo, and potato through door dash and paid $14 for it after delivery and tip. I got it and there wasn’t any chorizo or cheese on it and it had eggs, which I’m allergic to. I called and asked for a refund or for them to deliver the correct one and they said they had no way to contact door dash and they don’t provide the refund. I asked if she could have someone bring me the correct one and she said no, that she doesn’t have a way to do that. I’m very upset and have to go through a long process with door dash to get my money back. I will not be ordering from this company again. I have been going here for years. I have always enjoyed the food and the service has always been good. I made an phone order of breakfast tacos yesterday and was shocked how much they have gone up. Three breakfast tacos for 26 dollars is crazy. Especially when two had only three items and is the same price as a hippo. How can something be the same price with meat as without meat? It is hard to find the menu online and they do not tell you the price when you place the order over the phone. The tacos were good but not big enough to be that much.
