So putting aside the harbor freight toolline quality vs snap-on, Mac, Dewalt, [input your personal brand here] etc.always friendly and willing to help staff every time. I come here knowing that the tools are inexpensive, and when something breaks they have the best hands down in store return and exchange policy I've ever dealt with. Beyond the already lower price than most of not all roll stores they offer hundreds of coupons every month. There are items i will come here first for; home and car electrical wiring connectors and shrink wrap, Work gloves, and patio r brushes to nane a few. Power tools, in hand my own preferences though ive used harbors and for everyday household tasks, for everyday people, i wouldn't think they wouldn't do the job. I appreciate the donations of their nitrile gloves to help in the corona19 process although now I am having a difficult time getting gloves for myself at a reasonable price. And they have kept the cost of facemasks down to$2/pack of 10 masks. The ONLY place that has kept their price down on them. Called first, 72 inch grey us general tool box in stock, reserved it. Drove there, payed 1799.99 for it waited 10 minutes for the store manager to bring it out, visible damage to the cardboard around the wheels. I asked to remove the cardboard to inspect, they did store manager says it’s fine, remove the plastic and there’s 4 dents one right where she said it’s fine. I asked for a discount, she said 10 percent. Not a sorry just an attitude. I asked her if she wanted the receipt for the return and she said no and told me to go back up front. I did then had to wait 10 more minutes for her to come up to the register for the return. Didn’t even say anything to me. I will never come back to this store! Don’t buy a tool box here unless you want a dented box at full price minus 10 percent. Ow I have to wait 5 days for my 1799.99 to go back on my card. What a crappy experience that could have been handled my a store manager who cared about...

Everybody always wants to bash on harbor freight and call them the other tool store... And I happen to be one of the other guys that goes to harbor freight and on this recent excursion I successfully found my wood chisels, my paintbrushes, my saw horses, my clamps to keep my glued item snug, a hinge for a cabinet, and we did it in about 10 minutes and only cost about 30 bucks. That's why people go to harbor freight tools. That's why people love harbor freight tools. The people that work at harbor freight are trying so hard to assist customers when they come in with their questions concerns and issues. The store is always laid out very organized and very clean in my opinion. Plus the damn place has every conceivable adult guy tool toy you can imagine. I give harbor freight to huge thumbs up. I've gone to the one on interstate avenue for years those guys are the champs but I also now go to the one out in Milwaukee those guys are working...
