I ate here before and it was really good it was in the evening time this time was in the afternoon . I ordered the Steak fajitas I got chicken fajitas instead. I decided to eat the chicken fajitas because I didn’t want to wait for another plate . Chicken fajitas was $14.95 which I am OK paying that however when the food came it was more like a lunch special size even though I paid full price for the chicken and had some type of weird taste .well as the pico to Gallo that they put on your plate the rice and beans with small servings I had for corn tortillas which two of them were hard. chicken fajitas was 1495 which I’m OK paying that however when the food came it was more like a lunch special size even though I paid full price for the cheeky and had some type of weird taste to it as well as the pico to Gallo that they put on your plate the rice and beans with small servings I had for corn tortillas which two of them were hard I asked for lemon in my water never received it even though I asked two times as well as Tapatio sauce I will never return. Service is fast but however it tends to come...

Solid aesthetic, vibe and exceptional service, like beyond attentive staff, so 5 stars for that.

As a native Arizonan, a half hour away from the Mexico border, it’s going to take a lot to impress me with Mexican food. El Tapatio was no exception, and no impression.

Subpar, canned south of the border food. But. The beans and rice were top notch. Kids meals are exceptionally valued, and large. They give you free chips and salsa which is quite rare in the PNW, even though it’s standard in the Southwest. Only caveat, they’re not the thin, crispy, salty variety you’re craving, they’re the thicker, dense, fried in old oil kind. Total bummer.

I much prefer the carnitas at Rigoberto’s or even Chipotle, I know, shoot me now. But seriously, when all you taste is the actual animal meat, sans seasoning. No thank you. The beef tacos were drenched in liquid taco seasoning, and the green sauce was straight up sour canned flavor. But. Those rice and beans. Definitely not the usual PDX Mexican flair, definitely more of an attempt at authenticity. And again,...

OK so I’m gonna make this simple I work for one of the delivery platforms. I have been to this place 3×. One time I waited for 20 minutes. The second time I was ignored and yesterday was the third time that I was in there to pick up an order for somebody the restaurant wasn’t busy and the individual at the desk informed me that he didn’t know when the order will be ready so I asked if someone did, and I was told no, but he was too busy to find out there were two customers in the building that was it, now as far as dining in and the food quality, I can’t tell you ,people seem happy that are coming out but if you are driving for a platform be prepared to have to wait a long time we are secondary or should I say the customer that ordered on the platform is secondary. Sometimes we have another order in our vehicle. That’s hot And it’s not like we’re in the parking lot when we receive the order to get it we have to drive to get there, so they made it very inconvenient and we are no more than a nuisance so we are made to feel but if you’d like it...

I have been craving a good Mexican dish since I have not been able to go out. This really satisfied my craving! We started off with some margaritas and they were nice and fresh did not taste like cheap mixers. They also packed a nice buzz. The menu had a lot of options and prices were fair. I settled on the Burrito de Mariscos and my friend got the fajitas. To my surprise the seafood medley was extremely spicy! Which unfortunately for me I hate spicy food. I think the flavor would have been good if it wasnt spicy. The beans and rice that came with it was good. My friend enjoyed his food and had no complaints. They did a great job following the COVID guidelines and had people spaced two booths apart. They also did not have any common objects on the tables like salt and paper. The menu's were printed so they could be recycled after. Overall had an okay experience. I would ordering something different next time.

I love El Tapatio!!! Their food is so delicious & their drinks were really good too!! They bring you hot chips and salsa to start with. They have a bar side and a restaurant side. They have slot machines in the bar side. Our servers were really nice and attentive. We drank some yummy Cadillac Rocks Margaritas đŸčI will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. I ordered the super burrito & my sister ordered an enchilada and two tacos off of the "a la carte" menu😁 it was delicious!!! We also ordered churros for dessertđŸ„łđŸ„ł
