I'm not someone who typically posts negative reviews but in light of the situation and the attitude of the woman on the phone and lack of communication I am very upset and embarrassed and out $100. What we received is ok technically in any other situation, but the customer service wasn't the best and I'm upset I can't get a refund for the wrong product that was delivered to me with no communication.
When I called to let them know we had received the wrong item, the woman on the phone explained they were sold out. I asked why I didn't receive a call or email stating this and she told me "We don't do that." and that "Our website states we will substitute with something similar" ok fine, but you won't call people when a substitution is going to happen? We just find out after it's too late I guess and you won't give us the option of getting a refund. I ordered what I ordered specifically because it wasn't feminine and meant for my MALE boss who loves plants and I wanted to get him something nice since his father passed away. Very unsatisfied with the service.
Also, I Just went through your website and the ONLY statement I found, (Yes I did go back through the checkout process to see if I had missed something and I also scoured every tab on the website) was in small print at the bottom of the checkout page (Copy and pasted) "Please note that flowers are subject to availability and they may differ in color, type, or appearance then pictured on our website." there is ABSOLUTELY nothing on the website which states that if they are out of stock they will substitute your order for something else WITHOUT communicating this to you.
Honestly just wishing you had given me the option to choose the substitution and not delivered what you thought would be ok, what if someone has allergies? Disappointed and sad.

In response to the owners reply, it's an absolute joke to me that you say you'd discuss refund options. I literally called back to see if I could get a refund or a different plant and the woman who answered just flat out told me no. You may substitute based on price and likeness but what I ordered was more like a medium sized house plant and what you substituted were flowers..like white lilies. I ended up giving them away and had to go purchase from somewhere else and was out $200 at that point. Total...

I took a chance by finding Artistic Flowers on the web, knowing nothing about them, and called to order. I realized on the very day they were to be delivered I had made a mistake on the date. They were for a special occasion. I called that morning around 9:30, and the flowers were already on the truck going out to her. When I mentioned how frustrated I was with myself for making this mistake, but was willing to own it, the proprietor immediately said not to worry. She would call the driver and have him return the arrangement to the shop and do another bouquet for the next week. I was so hesitant to let them do this because it was entirely my own fault. They were so kind and said it was no problem. My daughter received the gorgeous arrangement today and is so happy with them. I would tell everyone to give this wonderful shop your business. Speaking with her, you can tell that Maryam genuinely cares about her work and her clients’ satisfaction. She gave us great advice on making the most of our floral arrangements, transporting them, and our wedding experience in general. She was also fiercely protective of my bridal bouquet on the day of the wedding when a groomsman nearly roughed it up in transportation!
