Peppers — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

I’m really disappointed with our experience here. The bar’s posted hours say they’re open until 11pm, so our group showed up at 10:20pm. As soon as we walked in, the bartender told us that last call had already happened. One of my friends mentioned that we had a few people who came specifically to meet here, and the bartender responded, “I thought only three people? Then you can only order canned drinks.”

Trying to make the best of it, we ordered 10 canned beers, but the whole situation felt so unwelcoming that we left immediately afterward. If the bar plans to stop serving well before closing time, that should be clearly stated. We weren’t rude or disruptive—just expecting normal service during posted hours. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of clarity left a really bad impression. Won’t be returning...

Management is rude and food does suck. TRUE..... however, they are working on it. re-model job and promises of real live music are keeping me hopeful. Jukebox is broken but the owner thinks its funny how it takes your money and plays scratched CD's at .5dB, sandwiches are kid-sized. Pizzas are crap (if they are nice enough to make you one.) They sigh at the idea of having to add water to bloody mary-mix. C'mon people. Make this place a legit bar bc its all we have around the BP/LO area. Hire a cook who can make food and not feel like its the end of the world, and a bartender who doesnt push drinks on people and laugh at you when the jukebox steals your money. simple. then i will give Peppers Five stars. for now they...

I will give it a high five for the music,And location.. but as a lady in costume to be under the microscope from the older gentleman that seemed to be this cook on duty that evening maybe very uncomfortable. I will be returning hopefully their chef is either going to greet correctly. Are not greed at all bartenders are very efficient and the place is clean. I go to see the music and I appreciate that as well the bands that play in there are very talented and handsome to boot whether it be male or female but the music is live and you can't beat that I will be returning because of that not in costume cuz Halloween's past don't get me wrong but as a regular woman and patron...
