I cannot recommend Lindsey Jewelers highly enough. Prior to visiting their store I found the engagement-ring shopping experience both confusing and frustrating. I did a great deal of research prior to shopping, but still found many stores to have a very "take-it-or-leave-it' attitude toward even their "custom" pieces. Lindsey was entirely different. They looked at the designs I had been saving, gave thoughtful consideration to the ideas I had about each of them, and offered constructive feedback to the changes I wanted to incorporate--all while staying within the budget I had laid out. Best of all, the engagement ring was something that came out with all the design details important to me and my fiancée, including the setting of a small family diamond inside the band. While several local shops offer "custom" and designer jewelry, none come close to the level of care and detail Lindsey puts into their pieces. Once we had laid out a design on paper, they constructed a wax mold of the ring. This gave me an opportunity to review the band (and diamonds) and offer feedback, prior to casting it in gold. Anyone who visits Lindsey will appreciate the care put into jewelry handled by a real goldsmith (a dying breed)! The entire process took several weeks but was well worth it. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and the ring ended up being ready a full week earlier than what we had originally agreed to. After the proposal, my fiancée and I returned to Lindsey to have them check the ring's fit and give it another polish. I was so happy to introduce my her to the folks that made her ring a reality. Everyone at Lindsey seems truly excited about the work they do at their local, family-run business. And when the final product arrived, it was nothing short of a dream. My engagement ring looked exactly as I had envisioned.

Lindsey Jewelers is such a precious gem! The entire family treat customers with a genuine care and excellence through their impeccable service in both knowledges and skills. When I called them to inquire jewelry repair, Fletcher greeted me with a very friendly welcoming way as if I were their long time customer. On the appointment day, as soon as I went to their front door, Shannon greeted me with a warm smile and took her time to throughly exam my 18K gold necklace for a minor repair. She immediately noticed its unique design and assured me that they will take very good care of it as if it's their own. And she was absolutely right.

When I went to pick up my repaired necklace, Corbett greeted me with a big smile by immediately addressing my first name with attentiveness. What a first class service!

Hayden did an absolutely amazing repair job with meticulous and painstaking efforts to carefully not disturb intricately designed necklace. I know in my heart that nobody could have done this job as excellent as he did. Now that it's been beautifully repaired as if nothing ever happened to it before, finally I'm able to wear this special necklace with the sense of joy and gratitude all over again.
