Kohl's — Local services in Lake Park

I will have to be honest. I've done very little shopping at kohl's, but if as a man, I ever have to shop for something, it will be there.

I have to return countless Amazon packages for my girlfriend, Kohl's makes it convenient to drop off a package. I would have never gone inside a kohl's, if it weren't for the Amazon drop off. They always give you a receipt to prove you dropped it off, and it always has something about $5 on it but I've never paid attention and I throw it away.

But finally, 2 days ago, I asked the store employee, is this really $5 that I can spend, I don't need to spend $500 first?

No, she replied you may use it on anything in the store.

I still thought there was a catch, so I walked over and grabbed a candy bar that was right there next to the register, just to see if this was real haha.

They used my Kohl's box, I got the candy bar, absolutely free! I was able to return my Amazon package, and be rewarded with a candy bar, now tell me what other store does that.

Definitely a hit or miss with this location one day you can walk into excellent customer service nice respectful employees and others I feel like Are very biased just left the location and the two employees at the door with very rude I sat there and watch them and listen to them greet other customers ask them if they needed help to look straight past me got to the register again watch the employees be very nice to other customers but as I got up there was very short with me which I think is very unprofessional My money spends just the same as anybody else in there and of course I forgot to get the name of the associates and usually if they give you good customer service they will write it on the receipt but I guess her knowing that her customer service was bad she didn’t write it down so typical definitely wouldn’t recommend or shop there again I’d rather drive down to...

Had to go here to make a return from Amazon. Had to walk to the very end of store to get to the return area. I assume this is to push the customer to make purchases, but for me it was not comfortable and made me mad to have to walk and then stand in line. I have medical issues, so this causes me pain and well pain causes grumpy people, to say the least. Anyhoo, I did buy something for my sister and it said 40% off but when I got up to register she rang it up and it did not calculate the 40% off. The cashier argued with me and I went to the place where the sign is and the items and showed her. The employee still gave me a negative attitude like I was bothering her. The supervisor looked annoyed and walked away while was trying to explain the situation. It will be a long time before I see myself visiting this store again. Just horrible...
