Rad Rev — Local services in Lake Stevens

Let me begin with the first bag and wallet I bought was off the, “Rad Rev Shop Squad” on Facebook. It was second hand but in mint condition. I fell for this desert pink color and gold hardware.

I then decided to take the plunge and bought the navy full size OG when I found out I was pregnant with my second little and needing more room to carry items in.

From there I’ve bought: the makeup / jewelry bag combo, dash sling, dash wet bag, dash weekender bag, and dash neoprene bag. I like matching items.

When the dash sling arrived the zipper was broken and I emailed about the issue. Amy took care of me soon after and sent a new sling. I told all my friends how amazing the customer service is with Rad Rev and that everyone should be supporting this small business. I told my husband (the most stingy person I know) and he even said from here on out this is the business I should support when I’m needing a pick me up, gift etc.

It was Valentine’s Day and I was bummed. We have two tiny girls so going out is impossible without the exclusively breastfed one. I decided to use all my points on a second dark dash neoprene bag (only paying shipping) and when it arrived it was the fetti bag. I tried to be happy because technically I only paid $4 for it but it’s not what I ordered and not what matches all of the things I’ve already ordered.

I emailed and offered to return it. When being told to return it though I thought I’d be sent a label and a bag to make my life easier. Instead I was sent an email with a return label. We don’t own a printer and it’s difficult to get out with my two littles (3 month and 18 month) when I explained this to Amy she again took care of me flawlessly. My friend introduced me to this brand more than a year ago but I didn’t actually commit to purchasing until this January after my youngest was born and saw other moms using the backpacks as a diaper bag because of all the organization they have to offer. I started with a mini backpack that I used for quick trips and instantly became obsessed. We’re only in May and now I own 7 bags that all have a purpose in my life. The designer of the brand has not only made amazing bags, but she’s also built a really great community of people who share the same enthusiasm for the brand as I do. Being a part of that community has definitely helped to fuel an interest and make new releases (every Monday) fun to see. I’m so glad that I finally found a brand that meets my needs for organization while also complimenting my style, something that has been hard for me to find for years. Before discovering Rad Rev, I never really cared about the bags I carried I just would grab something cheap on Amazon or at target or TJMaxx. I never found a brand or specific bag I loved just kind of put up with mediocre. My husband was just glad I didn’t have an obsession with designer bags.

Jokes on him because I’m obsessed with Rad Rev now.

They are in my opinion designer quality without the price, and Mallory has built such an amazing community of customers who all encourage each other to buy more 😂

Honestly though, I have bought almost every bag she has put out and have never been disappointed. I love the versatility, quality, colors and design. She literally thinks of everything each bag would need.
