Every time I use the Mobile phone app for photo processing to submit photos from my mobile phone to be processed by Walgreens and be picked up they never turn out correct. Every time I submit photos when I go to pick them up half of the image has been cropped out of each photo and is useless and the photos are unusable. I always have to ask for a refund because the photos cannot be corrected even after I try resubmitting them three and four times in the store and try to re-crop them to try and make them fit. In the mobile phone app the photos look like they fit correctly at the time of submission, but then when they come out on the printer half of the image is missing rendering the photos useless. Walgreen’s mobile phone app processing software is horrible... do not use the software it’s a waste of your time. I was told by the store employee this happens all the time and there’s nothing they can do about it as they can’t even tell their regional manager to try and escalate the issue to get the mobile phone app software fixed which is pathetic. This just tells you how broken the internal infrastructure is at Walgreens ...even the store manager has no way of submitting a complaint to their executive leaders to let them know about all the negative feedback from customers to try and improve their internal processes to get a better software in place to process the photos on peoples mobile phone apps. The store employee told me even their on-store kiosk is worse and that they have more problems with the kiosk with the same thing happening. I ended up having to leave the store and go to Bartells to get my photos processed and all the photos came out perfect at Bartells the first time I submitted them. I don’t know why Walgreens corporate will not do anything to improve the software for their mobile phone photo processing services so that customers don’t have to constantly re-crop them to try to get the photos to come out correct to avoid half of the image being cropped out and missing upon printing them at the store. When the customer arrives to pick up the photos they end up being unusable because of this reoccurring issue with their software. Walgreens photo processing software is a worthless service so don’t even waste your time or...
Read moreI have been getting prescriptions here for almost 5 years. I am absolutely irritated and fed up with the attitude of the majority of the staff. Sabrina is amazing, that is the only reason I am giving a 1 star. Every month I call at least 4 days prior to when I need my meds so they can order them if need be as I get a month supply and two of my meds are Schedule 2's. This month was no different. I called on Wednesday for a Saturday fill and pickup. I reminded them I had to have them ready before noon. One was filled that day and I received the text and automated call. I had to call back to the pharmacy and say hey I think you forgot to run the insurance. Now mind you my insurance has been the same since 2018. Oh yeah, sorry. Okay no big deal, I picked it up Thursday morning as I was not going to LS at 7:30pm. I reminded them on Thursday morning of the other 2 and that i would need before noon. At 10:03 am today I received the text saying it was ready, and moments later the call. I got out there about :11:20 am and guess what, they had only filled one and hadn't ran the insurance at all. So I had to wait another 30+ minutes for them to fill the 2nd one and run the insuran. When i got home, i realized they didn't bother to to even enter my cell number for my rewards points.. I have filed several complaints with my insurance carrier. I am done with this Walgreens! The excuse today was oh we have 2 techs and we are busy giving shots. So what was the excuse of not filling one med at all or taking the 30 seconds to click the button to apply insurance? Sorry it is laziness and attitude. The tall, heavier set blonde has such a bad attitude and is flippant. Girl, if you don't like working with people, get out of a customer service...
Read moreSwitched to this pharmacy when we moved to the area. It's been 6 months and there has not been a single month that has gone by without some issue with my prescriptions. The biggest problem is communication in my opinion. Let me provide you some examples. On multiple occasions the pharmacy has had to order a particular medication and the delivery delay would cause a lapse - instead of calling me to tell me this, I get a text message saying my prescription is ready for pick up and show up only to find out they don't have it. Another example would be times I called in refills and I arrive on the next day to find out they didn't fill it because my doctor didn't send in a refill for it, when in fact the doctor had and it was in the "notes". I told them check the notes and they are like "Oh Ok, but we have to order this so we might not have it for a couple of days." And if you couldn't fill it, why didn't you call me instead of me finding out about when I drive in to get it? And why am I telling the techs to check my notes, shouldn't they remember to do that? Today I was asked by the pharmacy if I could call my insurance for them to make sure it was processed by 4pm so they could order something that isnt in stock. Isn't that your job???
Sorry Walgreens, I tried. I gave it 6 months. As much as my wife like betting on "what problem will there be this visit?" I have lost my patience and am not 100% sure how this place is still...
