I would DEFINITELY give this store 0 stars! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from this store and 2 weeks of wearing it a rhinestone fell off. He took it back, they charged him $20 to fix it, and we had to wait 2 days for the ring. After two days we picked it up and not even a week went by when ANOTHER rhinestone fell off. I put the ring in its box and waited until I got out of work to take it back to the store. Once I got to the store I noticed that it was missing ANOTHER rhinestone. Being in its box it fell! How is that possible ?? I went in and tried speaking with the owner, but he was not there. I spoke to this little mocosa instead. RUDEST little girl, speaking to the customers like she owns the place. She has NO IDEA what she’s talking about, and has no customer service! After leaving the ring I had to wait a week to go and pick it up, once again my fiance went for the ring and 2 HOURS OF WEARING the ring it fell!! The same rhinestone. By this time I’m so over this ring, and these people. Nobody should be going through these emotions with their engagement ring, it should be something beautiful, not going every other day going to this shop to get it fixed. I went back 7-8 times because the rhinestones were falling, after the 5th time the owner gave me “insurance” for 6 months, he kept the ring for 15 days to supposedly “undo the whole ring and redo it, HIS way” so the ring can be thicker and sturdy. Told us he was NOT going to charge us a penny for it, that he felt very bad this was happening! Went back 15 days later and the little girl was there, she said we had pay $162 for the new repairs because it was more gold. I waited to speak to the owner, and it was all full of lies. 24 hours AFTER picking up my ring it was damaged AGAIN! I was extremely over this shop, so I got it fixed once again, and I stored it away. So my fiancé and I went to another store to buy my engagement ring! It’s my dream ring! I’m so glad I found a better quality ring. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT INFRONT OF THAT SHOP!!!!! They lie, have no customer service, RUDE people, and they’re quality SUCKS!!! Do not spend your time with these...

Lost my chain and didn’t want to give me another one. I’m sure it went down the drain but they kept saying their worker who clocked out misplaced it, made her come back and still couldn’t find it. Wanted me to come back the day after but we all know how that goes. I would rate this place 0 stars if i could. Don’t come to this place 😂 Very rude workers as well. Little girl in the picture thinks she owns this place rude ash lol.They gave me another one and charged me $100 on top of it. I had paid $35 for the repair of the chain they lost and they didn’t want to take it off the $100.
