Cloud Bar Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Lake Township

I adore the drinks here. It's a gem nestled in the heart of Gage Park. However the Workers here are really rude and a bit condescending. Upon arriving here we were met with 2 workers at the register. I had recognized the woman before as she had prepared a few drinks for me in the past which delighted me because she always makes them very well. We ordered our drinks and paid. All the while the girl kept being a bit affectionate to the man which is okay and isn't our business so we just smiled at them and allowed them to do their thing. My friend and I then sat down to talk and finish our drinks. And we had a great time and were having so much fun and were having an Insightful and entertaining conversation. We were laughing and talking and enjoying our time. Then out of nowhere when the store was empty while we were in mid conversation the girl walked up to us and told us to be quiet. Usually I'd understand. Because I do tend to be a bit loud so we did apologize because the last thing we wanted was to bother anyone. However afterward I felt a bit uncomfortable and felt a bit targetted. I had been here before when the store has been louder and customers have been louder than we were being and never had they been kicked out. My friend told me later that the day prior he had been there and there was a group who were being louder than we were. It was totally unnecessary and uncalled for either way since we were almost on our way out since our drinks were almost done. This sucks so much more because I actually really liked this barista as mentioned prior as she makes really good drinks not to mention its nearby and I would much rather not take the drive to Chinatown plus the owners are hardworking and really good people so I'm more interested in supporting a small business. It's a shame that they can't thrive because of their incapable and spiteful workers.

Update: I came back today! Everything's perfect! There's also SUPER DUPER amazing artwork now! Mad live amd respectnfor whoever drew those illustrations! We love it! The staff is awsome. Drinks are better than before!?!??!?!?! Ugh so happy we will definitely come back and bring more friends so happy to see this...

I've been three times to the shop. The first one with friends and it had a nice ambiance to hang out in. The second and third time I was only passing by to pick up, and the drinks each time were good! What I love is that the tapioca boba was ACTUALLY good! It didn't taste like there was something hard in the middle like I've tasted at other locations. Also the fact that they have ACTUAL popping flavored boba and you can customize how sweet you want the drinks is great! Will be coming back a lot!

I got the beef noodles and it was alright,I wanna taste other things on the menu before deciding more on the food but for what I got...

The parking isn't bad on a weekday but beware weekends. The workers are friendly and helpful.

The tea is just as good as something you'd get downtown.

The noodle bowls are a decent size for the price and pleasant taste. They add a good amount of beef to the Beef bowl and they throw in some bok choy with a tiny container of chili sauce for the noodles to spice it up. The meat does not have any spices but it takes some flavor from the noodle broth.

It's a very tidy establishment and a nice place to just sit & chill with friends. I like to come here when i just want a meal and chat with my guy after visiting the gamestop in...
