Isaac Crawford Salon — Local services in Lake View Township

I moved to the neighborhood in April and have been to various hair salons, but none of them stood out to me. I have short hair, so a frequent and reliable stylist is exactly what I need. I walk past this gorgeous salon daily and decided to give it a try! They have lush live plants, a glorious coffee/tea/water bar, and wonderfully kind staff.

Elle is wonderful! I just let the online booking system choose for me, but she was knowledgable and more than capable with clippers or scissors for a short cut, thorough with the hair wash (can you say three amazing head massages??), and continuously checked in with me on the length and if I was happy with it before she would make the cuts. She was friendly and conversational - it felt like we've known each other for ages!

The salon prices are very reasonable too - and they even do complimentary "in-between cuts" touch ups for short hair! I absolutely will be back. So glad to have found my regular...

Isaac has been cutting my hair for 5+ years and he is the only person I will allow near my hair with scissors. I have straight straight hair, and it really takes someone with experience and knowledge to cut my hair. I know for a fact that he can cut and style most hair types, and he makes a great effort to respect your hair, and your preferences.

Isaac is a very charismatic, kind, and thoughtful person. I have always felt comfortable and have been treated as a friend.

There are many salons closer to me, but Isaac as a person, as well as his skills and consistency is the reason I will always go to him.

Update: As of the current date and I can happily confirm that Isaac is still the best stylist I’ve been to. Still a 5 star rating...

Absolutely love going here when I do want to blow dry my hair! I come here because I follow Olyvia, she's been doing my hair for almost 10 years now. I also feel welcomed by the other staff as well. Kevin is always warm and they are are competent when scheduling appointments. Olyvia is highly skillfull with hairstyling, eyebrow waxing, and color. She is the best!
