The staff is very unprofessional. I tried to cancel my appointment with them because i was feeling sick after coming home from my nightshift duty as an ER nurse and i don’t want to run the risk of getting other people sick, considering the Covid pandemic. The staff named Sabrina said she is going to charge me $25 for cancelling my appointment, telling me that i should have cancelled my appointment 2 days prior. I explained to her that nobody knows when they are going to be sick. I also told her that she could forfeit 1 of my 4 sessions which I brought from groupon and does not have to charge me $25. Instead she charged me $50 when I checked my account for a “No Show”. This staff just keeps telling me repeatedly that they are not earning money from groupon. She does not even understand that I cancelled my appointment to keep spreading any virus to others. She is just concerned with charging me money instead of forfeiting my session which I also paid for via groupon. She does not comprehend that even though they are not earning money from groupon, customers like me still paid for their purchase and forfeiting 1 session is already money lost for me. I have 3 more sessions left with my Groupon purchase but I am never coming back to this...

They are impossible to get a hold of— I have tried scheduling online and it doesn’t work, and I would call several times a day as well as email to make an appointment and it took me months to finally get a hold of someone to get my appointment scheduled. A little shady?
Furthermore, they have a new nurse that does their injectables literally every time I go there. Turnover is never a good sign. Not to mention it would be nice to have consistency with someone who is injecting your face with needles?
Last thing, I just had to comment that I’ve seen some pretty rude replies to reviews from the owner of the salon. I understand the customer isn’t always right, but when you are selling services then you should probably be more open to feedback and not so defensive…and in many cases insulting to the customer. Just my two cents.

Read moreWent there for BOTOX a few months back (just getting to the review) and first they rescheduled on me last minute..ok NBD offered me 5 additional units of BOTOX and I reschedule...then I drive to my appt in the snow late after work and get there for the woman to tell me they don't have it but due to a shipment error but rather have another injection and its actually better and more expensive... I then say that I'm obviously frustrated as I've already been rescheduled and she just says sorry..after I'm seen later than my appt time the girl (who was very nice) new I was irritated and said oh well actually funny but we're out of that other injection and I "think I have enough Botox to get you 35 units..." Super reassuring...then fast forward to 2 weeks after my appt (bc I know you need to let it set) I still have wrinkles in the same place when I normally get 20 units. Just lol...
