I have been doing Pilates with Cathy for close to twenty years. That alone tells you I think she is the best. I used to get a massage in a storefront that also had Pilates and as I was relaxing into the massage I would hear Cathy teaching a private lesson and thought it intriguing. Love working with Cathy and Patrick. They take Covid seriously and always wear masks. The equipment is top notch and they've helped me learn how to do mat/reformer pilates in a way that works for my body, taking into account my needs. Beautiful new studio in a great location! All instructors are very well-trained to provide top-quality pilates and one of the best workout experiences I've ever had.
