I first came to this salon about a month ago and has a good experience. I decided to come back for a repeat manicure. The first time I came back, I was told to come back in 2-4 hours because they had no time for my manicure despite having a large sign out front that said walk ins welcome. However I understood and left. I later made an appointment for the next day using their online appointment service and came in for my manicure as booked. When I walked in and told the technician that I had booked an appointment, she told me that she had no time for my manicure and to rebook for tomorrow. She then canceled my appointment in front of me so I left and got my nails done at a different salon nearby. The first time I was turned away, I understood because I did not have an appointment and was trying to walk in. However I was still turned away the second time even with a confirmed appointment through their online service?    Read moreThis was my regular nail salon for almost 2 years, but in the last 6 months or so, it’s gone completely down the drain.
There are constant booking errors and long wait times - even when an appointment is made.
On more than one occasion, I was charged more than is listed on their service menu, without prior knowledge. They say they increase prices but never let you know. I understand the need to raise prices, but I feel its wrong to not make the customer aware.
The color selection is mid, at best, with half of the nail polishes being old and dried out.
The services themselves were never amazing but they were good enough. Recently though, they have been much worse. Rough technique, no attention to detail, poor cuticle work… I could go on.
Overall, I will not be returning to this establishment. There are too many good nail salons in this area to waste anymore time, money or patience on...
   Read moreWent in just this evening for a pedicure and wasn’t too impressed. The salon is very nice, and I really enjoyed the massage chair. The service was just okay but thorough enough.
I was sent to the dryer and sat for over 15 minutes. No one came back to check on me, so I eventually asked a different employee how long I needed to sit there. She briefly checked my nails and said I could go. She wrapped my toes, I paid, and then left. I took the plastic off as soon as I got home, and there was an imprint in 3 of my nails. I’m assuming the polish wasn’t dry completely, and now I’m disappointed that my pedicure was ruined so quickly.
