Elsa Milani is a master craftsman, if I were to list the alphabet soup of diplomas and degrees after her name there wouldn't be room for my review . Degrees and diplomas tell only half the story on balance her keen eye for aesthetics and color combine to make her the artist that she is. Elsa devotes the essential(and I would argue the most important part)in preparing one's 'canvas' by aligning, sketching, balancing, selection of colors and consulting the client each and every step of the way it is then and only then does painstaking(no pun intended)and labor intensive job of application begin. This is the best thing that I have ever done for my face is to have permanent brows, as I have aged so have my brows and it's not pretty. The time it would take me to do my own brows, and I am a commercial makeup artist, is almost five to seven minutes each morning and there were plenty of mornings where I was in a rush, not a good look. I cannot imagine trusting my brows/face to anyone other than Ms....

Elsa's work is true to its word - flawless! I came to Elsa about a year ago for a consult. I read some incredible reviews for her on Yelp and decided to have a consult. I was really nervous because it's a pretty permanent change, but Elsa was very reassuring. (A bad eyebrow wax on the brow bone a few years back had decimated my once-full eyebrows, and they never grew back. I had to pencil them every day, and I was pretty tired of it.)

After consulting with Elsa, I had my eyebrows done right before Christmas last year. I can honestly say that it completely changed my life! She did them so well that I can go makeup-free and look completely natural or I can pencil them in a little darker when I dress up. I can just get out of bed and go! Truly flawless.

I am immune compromised, and I will say that my healing time took a little longer than most on my first and second session, but that is to be expected. I definitely need a touch up a year later, but my brows are still going strong. So thrilled!...

I found Elsa a year ago, and feel privileged to call myself a happy client since then. I had never tried permanent makeup before, so I was wary. But when you get to be middle-aged, your brows and lips start to thin, and you can only do so much with eyebrow pencils and lipstick and liner.

Elsa was very patient with me, explaining the process in detail. I opted for micro-blading for my eyebrows, and her full procedure for my lips (liner and color). Her work was beautiful and meticulous, and I was thrilled.

A year later, I am still thrilled! I decided not to touch-up my brows as I am happy with how they look. But although I still have color in my lips from last year, I love a dramatic lip, so I decided to take advantage of her annual touch-up offer.
