Dinner was delicious. OTC gives you the feeling your going to friends house for dinner. The owners and wait staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything about our dinner was 5 stars. Atmosphere, special drinks, music, and even the smells. Already mention the food was amazing including dessert but worth mentioning again. This is a real treat west of Dixie Hwy in Lake Worth Beach. Horace and Liz are exceptional hosts! We started with sharing a ceviche. Delightful, full of flavor and fresh ingredients. I had short ribs that melted in my mouth with flavor. Jana had the ceviche, and rice with peas for her meal. House cocktails are generous, and well designed. We were too full for desert.
