Atrocious Customer Service - Rude, Dismissive, & Unfocused - Violet rolled her eyes at me when I inquired about advertised mobile printing. I was at UPS to print 5 one-page email attachments, it took 25 minutes and cost $3.70 - outrageous. Looking at my receipt it seems she overcharged me, yet when I told her I was surprised it was that much for 5 black & white copies - she coldly stated, "Oh, I assumed you did this before." This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While Violet was printing my documents, she stopped three times, once to whisper something to her co-worker across the store and twice to assist other customers. Absolutely rude service and I remain confused - Why advertise Mobile printing if you don't actually offer it. Seems like a scam to overcharge customers once they are in the store and the only option is email printing for a ridiculous amount. No thanks UPS...Way more frustration than anyone using your services should ever need...

The store is supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. the two employees not only arrived 7 minutes late - several people were waiting outside watching them walk in, and did not even acknowledge anyone or apologize for the delay. The older woman looked like she rolled right out of bed, two different socks on, hair a mess. They went in the side door and we could see them through the glass for several minutes not even opening the front door and allowing people to come inside from the cold weather while we wait. They apparently lost power before store opened and had to reboot all of their computers then they were giving CUSTOMERS attitudes instead of apologizing and understanding it was frustrating on our part too! In addition, i was waiting for a total of 25 minutes and the young lady was unable to assist with my Amazon returns, she kept saying she was getting an error message and when I asked what I should do she shrugged and said “try another UPS store”...
   Read moreI have had excellent customer service from one ups employee in particular. He always has a smile on his face & in his voice. He has exceptional customer service skills. He is a people person, is patient, organized, knows about time management & is always willing to help. He even works overtime to fill in when they are short staffed. When I send my emails to the store? He plans ahead in case they get busy? & prints them out before I arrive so I dont have to wait. He is thoughtful & provides exceptional customer service. The management should consider Marquise for a promotion.He is all about putting the customer first. I have a degree in Business Management & have managed many upper management firms. He would be a very strong candidate for a Manager. This is one store that I enjoy being serviced at when...
