Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lake Worth

I visit this location 2-3 times per week, because we have football practice, and this is convenient. I usually have a good experience, lately they could do better, but we still enjoy the food. Today, was UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered an 8 count nugget meal w/mac-chz, coke zero. An additional 8 ct grill nugget, and side salad, no drink. I received, a wrap, mac-chz, grilled nugget and side salad. I drove home, drove 15 min back, food untouched. When I arrived, the lady apologized, and said they would fix it. Mind you, Chick-fil-a Is known for their HOSPITALITY, NOT TODAY. When I arrive at the window, I say, hello, I was given the wrong order. Leslie, tell me, “well your going to have to give me back the wrap”, I said, no problem it hasn’t been touched. She was rude, and another young lady rolled her eyes, MY SON seen their behavior. Since we are now 30 min in I arrived at 11:12, this is now 11:44pm, I asked her for hot grilled nuggets and mac-chz. She then says, “your going to have to give me those back, I said, again, no problem nothing has been open. She looks at them to be sure they hadn’t been eaten and then throws them in the trash. While the other team members are bringing my food, she throws them in the bag. Check the cameras. Here is the kicker!! She tells me, we are going to fix your food, but you owe 2.50 or somewhere around that for the drink. So, Leslie, my order is messed up, I have to drive back to your location, I know the wraps meal are more expensive then the nuggets meal, and your going to ask me for an addition 2.50 for a drink that is included in the meal sweetheart. I try explaining this to her, she calls the manager and the manager, Makenzie, said that was correct. They both said, this is how their system works. You still owe the 2.50. It comes with the meal, people! This is ridiculous, once I went through the reviews, I see why I was treated so unfairly. I don’t typically write reviews, why because it time consuming and no one pays attention. How do I know, because something would be done by this location based on your reviews. DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A. you have great food, and usually service. The fact that my 10-year-old son witnessed the behavior was a lesson learned for him. You don’t treat people ugly, maybe Leslie and Makenzie need to be moved to cooking and not in the public eye. I will not be going back to this...

Something is wrong with their ice cream machine. I’ve been coming to this Chic-Fil-A for the past 10 years. The texture of their ice cream is more like a slushy than actual ice cream. So since I’ve only been coming to this Chic-Fil-A for so long, I thought that’s just how Chic-Fil-A’s ice cream was. Then I moved from Lake Worth to Northside and the first time I noticed something was off, was when I went to the newer Chic-Fil-A on Main Street in the Stockyards. And their ice cream was so thick and rich and creamy. Went back to lake worth, and again it was more icy like a slushy. It’s hard to notice if you don’t eat Chic-Fil-A as often as I do. Then I decided to checkout all the neighboring Chic-Fil-A’s. I went to the Chic-Fil-A on West 7th by Montgomery Plaza, the one in White Settlement off of Clifford, the Chic-Fil-A on Hulen by Central Market, and the Chic-Fil-A in WestWorth, all of their ice cream are consistent in texture, thick and creamy like Dairy Queen’s. The only Chic-Fil-A I’ve noticed is different in texture is the one in Lake Worth. I don’t know how ice cream is made, but it’s almost like they dilute their ice cream, don’t add enough milk or something. Why are all the neighboring Chic-Fil-A’s consistent in texture but Lake Worth’s isn’t? 🤔

Chick-fil-a, what happened to your standards

I came threw at 4:34 pm. on 5/3/2025, order #403529. The gentleman that took my order was amazing, very polite. He read it back, and at the time, it was correct. Got to the windows, and the young lady said, "Here is your drinks (2), one was correct, and the other said, "Diet coke." I replied it should have been a regular coke and gave it back to her. I turned my head to answer a question from my son that was in the back seat. She then gave me the coke back. there was no way she fixed it that quick. Gave me my bags, I ask if that was everything. She said yes. I pulled up to check it and. Both my fries were missing. So I parked. I checked the drink and guess what it was a diet coke. "Shocker." I walked in, and there was a gentleman who asked what i needed. I told him I was missing my 2 fries, and the ranch i requested also my drink was incorrect. He fixed the issue. But I did not receive an apology or a " my pleasure" form 2 out 3 employees i had an interaction with. When i got home, my 12 count nuggets only had 10.
