Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Worth

Good for a chain pizza. Be careful with times on the website. If they are really busy have seen things become very confused and chaotic. Other than that though the place is good and service is always been fast and friendly. I did have one issue once where they were out of a crust and asked me to substitute it and I did and then they up charged me for the substitution. So I guess beware if they have to substitute anything. They are perfect if you're a chain pizza person once in awhile and have the craving.

Update: 6/11/21 I've never need to take a Xanax after a fast food experience but here we are. Was quoted 20-30 minutes for a carryout order. Gave the benefit of the doubt and came thirty minutes and was told it wasn't ready.

I signed my ticket at the first go round, she asked is this two dollars for a tip. I try to be nice it's busy. I say yes and she gives a sigh. Okay you leaned out the window that's it. How much did you want? Whatever maybe she's having a rough night. I asked how long they said 20-30 more minutes. I came back through the window. I could stay there. She came back. they'll bring it out to me. pulled around. Waited another 20-30 minutes. Watching workers end their shifts. Would have bounced at that point but I paid online. You have my money and my food and the lobby is locked.

Pulled around different girl. She has to ask. now she can't find one of the pizzas. Pull around and come back in ten hopefully because they're short staffed. They weren't short staffed for the past over an hour that you've had my order and proceeded to lose it. Come back here's your stuff. is it going to be hot? Sure. I get out of there as fast as I can because 1. it's late and 2. my anxiety is through the roof at this point. I didn't lose my temper because these people are touching my food but pretty close to having a meltdown.

Get home one pizza is old and near inedible. Had to feed my family garbage food at near midnight and couldn't call and talk to anyone because they were closed by the time I got home. Lake worth Texas pizza hut is a raging dumpster fire. Avoid at all costs.

This is the short version but you get the jist. I rarely have good days, yesterday was one of those. Y'all ruined it in one fell swoop that took two hours away...

Everything is very good, but they do tend to stretch the truth a little bit when it comes to the time of the order they called us and said our pizza had been mistakenly sent somewhere else. This is not the first time, but my girls do love their pizza from Pizza Hut Ordered pizza. They said our order was mistakenly taken somewhere else. They called us and said if we wanted a free drink or a dessert, I said Either if it’s free, the gentleman said yes it’s free so we received our pizza late, which was still good free anything called back they were supposed to deliver it and the young lady apologize for their mistake. Two hours later nothing arrived. I guess they just didn’t want us to cancel our order so they’ve stretched the truth a little bit. Don’t say you’re gonna send something if you’re not a simple apology would’ve done it. Last time when our Our pizza was sent to the wrong address down the street we called back to see what was the hold up. The gentleman told my daughter you can walk down the street and get your pizza. They said it on a patio table. Are you serious? Why in the world would we go down the street pick up a pizza from a random house even if it has our name on it are y’all kidding me I don’t know if it’s the delivery people that they used to deliver or just that there’s no communication with each other on what should...

I believe I should have just gone to little ceasars ,at least I could have expected a horrible pizza.today's purchase was a waste of my time and money.I ordered online and played online which was my first mistake because if I hadn't already played I would have refused the 2 pizzas.I waited at the window for 8 minutes before any one acknowledged I was there.I then added a 2 liter diet coke,he said they had diet Dr pepper or Pepsi,I said diet Pepsi,he then brought me a regular Dr pepper....seriously? I got that straightened out then I got my pizzas,yes I should've checked them but I didn't because he handed both at same time with pepper and cheese packets shoved into the front flap of boxes and I usually have no issues with pizza hut ,but I let my guard down and I wasted my money on 2 overcooked frisbees of regret.they were overcooked,one of them had virtually no cheese on one half and edge crust on both is way over cooked and...
