Liquor, beer, and wine selection is incredible — as are the prices. Accessory selection is awesome as well, from garnishes to gift bags to chocolate shot glasses. Staff are readily available, and always helpful.

Checkout is as usual — generally quick, staff working efficiently and always offering a box if needed, with just a slight wait during those random peak times such as 2:20pm on every third Monday and 11:55am on that one Thursday holiday you stop in on to pick up a quick bottle as a gift for the host of a party you're going to later.

This DMV has the worst service. People at the front have the worst attitude. I also saw how they didnt bother to explain to an elderly person how they needed to make an appointment. They simply turn you away if you do not have an appointment. Luckily I had one and the last person that helped me inside when presenting my car paperwork to get it registered in IL, gave me a horrible service. He also claimed I had to pay taxes on my vehicle to the state of IL without making sure how long I had with the vehicle. The staff needs to get informed better and also take some customer...

I went to the Sec Of State to renew my license. It was the best experience I've ever had. I've been driving 64 years. The appointments walked me right in the door through the first checkpoint. After that, it was less than an hour to pay, get my picture taken, have my eyes tested, and take the actual driving test. I was very impressed. I was back in my car and on my way home in just under an hour. It was great. Make sure you have your insurance card - I had to show it 3 times.
