to edit: sorry i didn’t clarify! this one seems to be a problem in the evening time. whenever we go in the morning or early afternoon, the service is usually great.
original: most times we go to this location, we have to wait for the employees to finish up their own conversations before getting their order taken. with around 8 employees inside and only 2 cars in the drive through (like tonight), this should not be an issue. tonight we waited about 5 minutes while there were around 8 employees inside, one just facing syrups about 5 feet away from us while our order still was not taken. meanwhile, the car behind us had their drinks ready before we could even finish ordering. i hate to be the one to leave negative reviews, especially because we understand that most of the employees are young teenagers. but the service at this location does not compare to the service we receive at the naperville location. naperville is always quick and attentive. i would completely understand if it were busy, but like stated, if there’s double the employees than there are cars, there really no reason why we should be waiting over 5 minutes to simply have our order taken. to add, this was my drink within 5 minutes of leaving 7brew tonight. i’m not sure what’s wrong with the cream at this location, but not even after mixing it did it look good. i ended up throwing it away because it looked so off. overall just pretty dissatisfied with the service and quality at this location, especially since i have loved 7brew since the opening of the naperville location. i really hope it improves here because this location is only 15 minutes away, compared to the 50 minute drive...
Read moreAs much as I hate to write my first bad review I feel like the staff here is not staffing. Whoever is writing the checks is wasting their money. I’ve both worked and managed fast food and retail. And I’m also Gen Z so I understand having a silly goofy time in the workplace but it’s really not that hard to have a conversation and be silly WHILE you work at a job you’re getting paid to do. I was extremely excited to see after moving here a year ago that they got a 7brew in the area. But compared to the amazing service and speed in Springfield, MO at one of their 7brews I do find it a little weird that with double the workers they have double the wait? Make it make sense. Also I don’t want to conclude my wrong drink with the fact I didn’t tip but typically their drinks are spot on and I do typically tip. But this morning I had asked for almond milk and an extra shot ( I always order the same thing) and at first they tried to give me someone else’s drinks which I then noticed that the two cars behind me got drinks first which no biggie but they had also order more drinks?? I’m not sure if that’s a faulty in the POS system but it’s a little odd. I could also clearly tell by taste and color that it was definitely regular milk with no extra shot. So thanks for my bowel detox today at work. Much...
Read moreokay so i don’t ever like posting reviews because it feels like a public humiliation ritual, but i feel so strongly about this 7 brew that i must. i have gone to this location 3 times, out of the 3 visits i have only had an actually decent drink once. I have a pretty big sweet tooth, so I get my drinks extra sweet. Today, I ordered two drinks (both extra sweet) and I paid cash. My total was about $10, and I was told my change was going to be $9 and some change cause I paid $20. I was shorted a dollar, which I noticed but didnt say anything about cause I thought they were about to eat with my drinks and honestly a dollar isn’t that big of a deal. Unfortunately, they did not, both of my drinks had 0 flavor and tasted like straight up milk so I cannot let it slide this time :,(. It was a waste of my money and time cause i have to drive like 30 mins to get here, i’m just tryna get some fun sweet drinks and I am left with disappointment and a film in my mouth from the cream i have paid to drink. :(
TL;DR: The drinks are really good when they’re good, but when they’re bad they are BAD....
