I have been eating at this Panda Express for about 2 years now. Of the perhaps 30 times I've been here, there has been 1 time that I was able to walk in and be served what I wanted without having to wait for it to be made. I've tried giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. It's lunch, there are obviously others eating the same thing, or its between peak times, they don't want to make it just so it sits out. Today was the final straw. I placed an order online and arrived 5 minutes after it should have been ready. I was then told I'd need to wait another 7 to cook the food. I asked for a refund, because I couldn't wait, and was told I'd have to call customer service because they don't keep money at the store for online orders. By the way I never received an apology, and as of yet have not received my money back. I will never eat at this Panda...
Read moreWent for lunch today. Their credit card machine was so slow and timed out couple of times before it went through. Turns out they charged twice. When I called them back manager lady was so rude she cut the phone. I called back and the explanation was she can’t do any refunds until following Monday etc. and I have to bring receipt to prove. she basically tried to talk me out of it. Food quantity is so bad as well. Basically they count the shrimp and make u feel like u r there for free food. There’s no consistency. Stay away from this place. Check you receipts. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express in Lake Zurich today. Despite the posted closing time being 10:00 PM, we arrived at 9:30 PM, expecting to have a nice takeaway dinner. However, when we were parking our car, the staff seemed eager to close up early, and he started locking the doors and turning off the lights inside, making us feel extremely unwelcome. It is not the kind of service I expect, especially when we arrived well within their stated operating hours. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return at this location.
