5 GUYS - A $15.00 CHEESEBURGER MEAL??! ARE YOU NUTS? If I pay that for lunch then I can't shop at Crowders Bros. 😭

I just do not feel that a simple fast-food lunch should cost $15.00. Do you?

It's good food. I appreciate the premium ingredients, the fact that it's made fresh -- by hand.

And I know that Freshly Made / Made to Order products DO cost more to make vs. mass produced products. That's a fact. It's also a fact that it's a huge selling point and consumers will pay more for it.

The question is.... HOW MUCH MORE? and when is the price TOO HIGH?

IF you push the price too high, even if it does reflect your costs, labor and value, your customers will go somewhere else, probably.

Judging by the fact that Five Guys, was EMPTY at a time when the shopping center was super crowded and 5 GUYS should have been, as well... Others must agree... That $15 for a cheeseburger and fries and regular drink.. nothing fancy, upgraded or otherwise, is WAY TOO MUCH.

I like your food guys, I do and I admire your philosophy and end product.

HOWEVER.

I seriously cannot justify paying that much money for a quick lunch since I can get an equally satisfying meal with fresh ingredients and all that at WENDYS right down the road for ONLY $8.00 or less. That's a...

I was picking up 2 door dash orders at about 5:30 pm on 3/16/21, and this elderly lady came in to order. As I waited, the elderly lady became confused because the dining area was set up as though guests were invited in, but every table had a placard that read not available. Suddenly I hear the manager yell "The dining room is closed ma'am" When asked why there were no labels for guests coming in to understand that dining is not available, the manager quipped back the most ridiculous reply. "There is no signage saying the dining room is closed, just that we are social distancing and limited to 50 percent capacity" Previously, the dining room was arranged so that people could not be seated. Now the arrangement is very open, sace for the placards. I honestly thought seating was available too. Very confusing

The elderly lady wisely chose to get a refund. That manager is tactless. There should be signage, or you should not be upset when guests...

Good products high prices MGT just ok ??
