Today was my last visit to this grotesque trash bin they like to call 'restaurant'. I ordered a Bacon cheese champ with NO cheese and extra bacon; not too difficult right? Well to employees working there, it was rocket science. They first handed me a Bacon cheese champ WITH cheese. I gave it back to them and brushed it off cause hey, everyone makes mistakes! They then proceeded to hand me another one, and with confidence in them, I drove off w/out checking it. I checked it in the parking lot and guess what? They gave me a big buford sandwich with no cheese on it. What in the heck???!?! This isn't even CLOSE to what I ordered! I drove back through the drive-thru and told them that they gave me a complete different sandwich (Oh and must I mention I got no 'Oh, we're sorry', I only got huffs and puffs and dirty looks from the staff and the staff yelling at one another). The last sandwich I received from them is the one pictured above and it STILL wasn't the right sandwich. As you can see they handed me a MESSY big buford sandwich again but this time with bacon crumbs in it (not 1 slice of bacon in sight). DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK!! I also recall other times that I have asked for 'fresh hot' fries, and I glance at them cooking OLD fries in the fryer!!...
Read moreFirst the cashier kept getting frustrated and kept saying I don't know where anything is I'm training (which she was completely by herself- no one with her to help her). Next, she was trying to make items but had no idea about the menu items. She asked for help and the coworker which I assume may be a manager got extremely nasty and snatched the item and then tossed it. She was obviously frustrated. The drink was horrible (not sure if something is wrong with the machine). Then after waiting 20 minutes for my food order the "in training" employee asked if I wanted sauce with my order. I responded, sure do you happen to have Ranch. She told me hold on one moment she was going to get it. I waited only for the (I'm guessing manager) other employee to come back with attitude and said that will be 74 cents. I said, I'm sorry she asked if I wanted sauce with my chicken tenders. I was unaware that there would be a charge. Then she went on to say it several more times. Worst service I've experienced and instead of making the customer feel good she made the customer feel at fault and made nothing with the complete...
Read moreI'ma door dasher and when i see something new...i wanna try it. 1 of my customers had a grilled dog. Today i wanted to try it. I go to the drive thru and said i wanted a grilled dog along with a chili dog. I get to the window and the cashier said "Did you have the hot dog and chili dog"? I'm like "Yeah, but is it a grilled dog"? This older lady making the food yells "IT'S A HOT DOG"!! And im like "YOU AINT GOTTA GET NO ATTITUDE! I WAS JUST ASKIN' A QUESTION"!! Why she gotta come at me like that? And cuz i yelled back...she tried to be nice and asked if i wanted onions on the chili dog. There is NO reason to be havin a attitude. The cashier at the window was nice. She did good...but the older lady had a attitude. I dont know if she's a manager...but she works dayshift. The night crew at Checkers are cool...but this lady on days...she gotta attitude. If she didnt mean it like that...she needs to check her tone. She needs to be talked to. Not fired. Talked to. I will not be goin to checkers in the day time to get food or door dash. I know we go thru things but yellin at customers aint whassup....
