Subway — Restaurant in Lakeland

This is my first review for this subway, but my third bad experience. Yesterday I walked in about 12:00 pm with the employee making a drink for a pick up order. She turned around and very gruffly/rudely said you are going to have to wait a very long time because I have eight orders ahead of you and I am all by myself and walked out to deliver the pick up order. I stood there speechless. Mind you no one was in line and there was only one other person in there eating his sandwich. I finally just walked out dumbfounded. Obviously this employee needs a lesson on customer service and her approach. From the other reviews management is not concerned with making money or keeping their customers coming back. I had a very similar experience once before with her complaining about it would be awhile before she could get to me. She is always rude and impatient with her customers. Had she been kinder and presented the situation differently I would have waited. Or she could have just made my one sandwich since no one was there waiting inside or out for their pick up orders. Placed an on line order and my Daughter was standing there in front of the worker #999997 and my Daughter was on the phone with me I ordered 2 Meatball Marinara subs and 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch sub on Honey wheat bread but the worker sais that He already threw out the meatballs (this was at 7:42 pm) so I said ok then make them all the same 3 Chicken Bacon Ranch extra meat so I would be charged for 2 and on 3rd Sub just charging for extra meat as per the special"buy 2 get 1 free" . My Daughter reminded Him on Honey Wheat bread and the worker was acting annoyed and kept saying "yeah, yeah, yeah" but when the subs were on stale white bread, no lettuce and no Ranch sauce, no cheese and no extra meat! Even though I was charged for extra meat!! This Subway the worker was in such a hurry to close (8 pm) that He forgot that even the name of the sub (chicken bacon RANCH) says it should have Ranch sauce on it. I will never go to this location again very...

I eat here during the day for my lunch hour at least once a week or so. There is an annoying loud woman who works here. I usually try to ignore her but today she was working on a carryout order and it was no one else in the restaurant but she told me I was going to have to wait quite a while cuz she was working on this order. I was insulted. I told her I had an easy sandwich I was on my lunch hour and did have did not have a lot of time. She did have someone in the back that seemed new but came out and made my sandwich. Another patron came in a nice looking man... The woman who wouldn't wait on me dropped everything to wait on him I called her out on it ...I said oh you were waiting on him but not me.
