Kirkland's Home — Local services in Lakeland

This was my first time in this store. The smell was awesome as I entered and could smell all of the different candles and sachet packs. I didn't intend on buying anything at this visit because I am not ready to decorate my home but I was looking for ideas. As I came closer to the register while I was smelling the candles on display nearby I noticed some more spray bottles near the register so I walked over to check them out. There were air freshener sprays in bottles and matching scented odor absorbing gels in 15 oz round plastic containers. All you do is remove the lid and peel off the top label and replace the lid and place it where odors linger. The sprays were only $4.99 and the odor absorbing gel $5.99 or vis versa but either way I bought 3 sets of different scents. It cost less than $35 for 3 sprays and 3 gels and the gels last 90 days each. I will definitely go back for more when mine...

Although Kirkland has a lot of nice stuff for your home, the staff here are not very friendly. They didnt greet me as I walked in. A simple good morning does go a long way. I walked to the counter as I was trying to find my email on my phone, the lady look at me as she was about to walk away. Still no good morning just a very bland "you need help?" She looked bothered as I said I have an online order to pick up. She had Zero personality, not even a little bit. I told myself I would just ship it to my house next time I order from Kirkland as the woman who "helped me" looked flabbergasted when I asked her for a bag to put it in. Love their items they sell at Kirkland's but the staff wasn't friendly and made the shopping less enjoyable. Had to exchange a item the staff was to busy in another part of the store talking and had no attention of looking at the register to see if anyone was there. Also, the bathroom door was locked knocked no one answered so asked the employee about the bathroom she didn't seem to care it was locked for the longest time and she had no attention to see if anyone was in their or someone locked it when they left. If you have any coupons on you're phone it won't work in the store it's like a wifi dead zone in this store so have to make sure to have it ready before entering the store.
