My wife loves(d) your store. We have purchased everything from swell bottles to yetis here. I too make purchases as well. We were in your store last month and I specifically asked if you had both size sports caps for the swell bottle. I was told yes. I purchased the one for the larger bottle however I was told I could not purchase the one for the smaller bottle because someone had called that morning and “inquired” about it. They never even said they would be in to purchase it. The manager then took it from me and hid it and said they were out of stock. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say I will make sure my wife nor myself ever steps foot in your retail location as well. We have told several friends of ours about this and they have agreed to never step foot back in your store as well as to spread the word of how unprofessional your manager is.
