So disappointed to have to change my review due to a female cashier interaction today. Very upsetting, “Lakeland Register 03”- Cashier: 44022=young female who should never interact with customers drove us away today. 2nd time in, 12-13th of the month, over 55+ and she never mentions the specials, the whole reason there on that day. I was a guest and she was annoyed that I pointed at the menu. She was really uncomfortable dealing with a guest and made us both uncomfortable. We won’t come back. Told her that I handle the coupons to get the best price. She don’t want a non-patient speaking at all. She didn’t get it that husbands and wives work together. Zero gratuity for her for sure. I guess she’s living Taylor’s past album with cats and drove a husband away today. Someone tell her it’s ok to have a husband help and soon even Taylor will have one so you don’t need to be rude to a helpful husband. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. ANGELA WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING, AND UNHELPFUL. Everytime I had a question she looked at me with this condescending attitude and was resilient to help. She obviously should not be working in customer service, and she will make you leave the store angry. I would have spent way more money in this store if I actually got help instead of attitude. I will not be returning here, and I will make sure to let everyone know to go ELSE WHERE. if you like attitude and condescending help then this place is for you. Lisa at Lakeland store was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions. She gave me a package of written material showing all their strains, benefits of each strain, lots of terpene info as well. The prices, quality and generous amounts of product FAR SURPASS any other dispensary, in my humble opinion. I've been to every one of them in Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Pinellas counties in the past two years. I hope VidaCann will open in Zephyrhills, which is much closer to home for me. They even have 2 designated parking spots in front of the store just for their customers. It is a very busy shopping area; parking lot can definitely be a challenge...
