While we love to support local shops, we won’t be going back unless they become an actual coffee shop. The staff didn’t know what a cortado is, I asked for a pour over and got drip coffee, and they don’t have an espresso machine. As someone who buys freshly roasted beans and has done some surface level research on coffee, I could provide higher quality coffee drinks with my home setup.
