Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeville

Won't deliver to my house. My house is literally 4.7 miles from their location. Spoke to the manager, wouldn't deliver. Goodfellas pizza is 6.4 miles away and they will deliver. Upon further inquiry they told me it wasn't about distance it was about time. Ok then, well I've had a pizza delivered to a buddies house 3.5 miles away and it took 16 minutes to drive there. So I don't get it. Additionally time is a meaure of distance÷speed. The route to my house is literally 0 stop lights and one turn. The speed limit is 55mph but let's assume that pizza drivers drive slow because we all know they do. So let's use 45mph then. That is a time of 4.7mi÷45mph=.104 hours. Converting to minutes we get 6.4 minutes. Wow guys would it kill you to deliver here.

One further note, they said they were only allowed to drive to a road which hapens to be exactly 0.5 miles away from my house. So running the same calculations from above we get a difference of .8 minutes. So your telling me you won't drive 0.5 miles or since time is what you go by, 0.8 minutes further to deliver a pizza?

Even given all this, the part that frustrates me the most is that they have delivered...

I wish I could give less that a star rating... I'm at the holiday inn for my Sons bday and decided to order from this store. Huge mistake! I ordered my $112 worth of food to feed my 7 kid, at 445pm the app said it would be delivered at 6pm, it wasnt delivered until after 7pm! The delivery guy said he was the only driver. I paid the $112 and when we opened the boxes the pizza was clearly old and had been sitting for a period of time, it was cold and terrible! The kids didnt even want to eat it!!! When I finally got through on the phone after listening to the same recording for 13 minutes... they finally agreed to refund my money after going back and forth with them when they realized I paid cash they said they cant refund cash smh...the driver took my cash therefore you can return my cash ... needless to say I sent my husband into the store where he did get my money back. While he was in there he said there was only 2 people working they werent able to answer phones and just let them ring and 2 customers ahead of him walked out before being helped ... never will I order from a...

I hate to write a negative review for a local business, but my experience was inexcusable. I had family members with several little kids in town staying at the Holiday Inn. I needed 5 pizzas and understood it was a Saturday night at 6:00 so they would be busy. The gentleman on the phone taking my order asked another worker to "please help him with the computer before this f---ing lady on the phone freaks out on me!" This was after 10 minutes of him telling me he couldn't figure out the computer. When I asked for a manager so I could complete the order, he wasn't pleasant, but he seemed to take my order and said my pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. 1 hour later and after trying numerous times to call to make sure the pizzas were coming, I finally got through. He told me a driver was in route and would be there in a few seconds. After another 15 minutes and unable to get a hold of the store, we went elsewhere. They never did show up. I've never had this kind of service and I'm so...
