I had a wonderful experience at Kaleidoscope Consignments in Vero Beach, Florida! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Their friendliness made browsing an absolute pleasure.

Whether you're hunting for a unique treasure or just window shopping, it's a joy to explore.

What really stood out to me was the great variety of both older and newer items, all reasonably priced and in excellent condition. You can tell that care is taken in curating what goes on the floor. It's a place where quality meets character, and every item seems to have a story.

My wife contacted Lisa at Kaleidoscope Consignments last week to inquire about selling our leather couch. Lisa advised that they could pick up our couch for $100. I called Kaleidoscope this morning to make arrangements to have our couch picked up. A woman answered, who I believed to be Lisa, and I received an immediate hang up. I called back about 30 minutes later. The same person (Lisa) answered the phone and said “Yeah, I’m not picking you up anymore” and hung up the phone. Not sure what caused this rude behavior. Nice staff & ... interesting.. variety. They sell mostly new furniture on consignment from local Ashley furniture store, we learned. Giving it 2stars due to lax covid-compliant policy seen in staff (owners/co-owners?) sometimes wearing masks and sometimes not (which basically avgs out to NOT. One employee who was a worker assembling some furniture, had his mask down around his neck most of the time. This all falls back on management. They up the chances considerably of the virus being spread right inside that facility, since their visible job-habits betray the level of their personal concern about the seriousness of this...
