Food: I was very confused trying to figure out the type of cuisine this restaurant offered. The menu had many options but the options varied from Spanish, Korean, American etc. I had the Twisted Bowl which was presented very nicely but it was not very good, I did not finish it, which is unlike me not to do with rice bowls and it was $26.00+. The rice tasted like Uncle Bens. My husband had the skirt steak and said the first half of the steak was good but the second half end of the steak did not taste the same and he did not finish it in worry he would be sick $26.00+. I left still hungry. We were with a large party and did not intend on making a fuss about our meals but we will not be back. Service: Overall good. I appreciated the establishment had changing tables in the bathroom. I was put off that when I went into the bathroom to change our son an employee was hanging around my son and I admiring him as a cute new five month old while I was changing his diaper and trying to touch his hands and feet. I don’t think that is acceptable. She also seemed like she was a little tipsy…& she was in uniform. Strange. Atmosphere: it was nice to see two party rooms but again we won’t be back. This site has been many establishments through the years. It is a beautiful and large establishment. Nicely decorated. I recommend getting the tray tables (with the fabric straps) that also serve as an option to hold a car seat safely. The server attempted to put a high chair upside down so our sons car seat would sit in it-but it was clearly unsafe and wobbly and she agreed that was not a good idea, we just used two extra chairs NBD.
They had an extensive full service bar I didn’t drink but our friends did and the drinks looked very nice and enjoyable.

High prices, slow service, small portions. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else!
Reply to comment: You have the nerve to insult me and tell me that I do not know where I had dinner? I know where I ate, and it was at your restaurant. . We arrived at 5:00 pm so we could grab a quick bite to eat and go to the antique store, next door and suffered through your horrible service until 7:30 pm. Your restaurant was the worst dining experience I have ever had on the Treasure Coast. When my wife ordered water and it eventually came to the table after we waited for 45 minutes (5:45 pm) for a server to come to the table and order drinks, she took a drink of it and she said to me, taste this water, something is wrong with it. It literally tasted like toilet water. I told the server and she said "yeah, our water sucks here". The portions were small and overpriced, at your restaurant, the Twisted Lime. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to eat dinner and my wife ordered only a salad and I ordered a Mahi Ruben sandwich with fries. It was $16.99 and pathetic. The plate literally only had 5 fries on it!!Then a man that works at your restaurant came over and apologized and said he was sorry that things took so long because they booked a large group and that they were not able to keep up with everything. If you know your water "sucks", don't serve it to people. If you don't have enough staff to handle large groups in addition to your regular customers, don't book large groups. And also, I suggest you invest in decent menu options. Not for me. I will never be back to...
Read moreWorst restaurant and service experience I’ve had yet in Vero Beach. I visited a couple weekends ago. We had a big party, and it was busy so there was a supposed to be a 30 minute wait, which is completely fine. After 30 minutes go by we asked if there was a table ready and they said 5-10 more minutes. We went back in 15 minutes later and the hostess snapped at us very aggressively saying “we already told her 5-10 minutes! We’re getting your table ready now.” So another 15 minutes go by and we finally get seated. Then after some time the waitress comes and takes our orders. The juice I got was tiny and very bitter. They accidentally bring us the wrong order then leave one plate on our table. After an ENTIRE HOUR our food finally shows up. They never brought us silverware so we had to wait again and ask for it before we could even start eating. Afterwards I ask to talk to the manager and she tells at me telling me how ridiculous it is that I expected them to be able to bring out multiple orders at the same time in less than an hour. Crazy to expect that from an actual restaurant… She was incredibly rude and aggressive to me. I was hoping for some kind of discount for the table for the terrible experience but she just handed out free drink cards to everyone and comped my meal only. It was a very jarring and unenjoyable evening that ended up taking over 2 hours in total. I’m downplaying a lot. The management there definitely needs to be replaced or properly trained. My entire group that went and I will never...
