Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I don't know what happened to this place. Was alright for a while and ordered from here many times. Not perfect on each delivery but a good 4 stars on average. However, today I placed an order online around 10:30am and said it would be around 11:15 am delivery. That time came and went. Nothing. 30 minutes later I was still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt yet nothing delivered. 45 minutes passed delivery and still nothing....

Call them up and had to wait 15 minutes on hold before someone finally picks up. Explain that I still have not received my order and it's been an hour passed delivery timeat that point. The person on the other end seemed like they cared and informed us that their driver couldn't find the place and claimed no one would pick up the phone when they tried calling but they would remake it and it would be at my place in 20 minutes. So it should have been here by 12:35. I will just say 12:40 to give some leeway. (A quick side note, absolutely no one tried calling me) It's now 12:55 and I have been waiting on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to pick up to refund the order that I still have not received.

While writing this someone finally picked up the phone. It's now 1 pm. Explained that we have been waiting for almost 2 hours now and the guy said oh yes it's here and about to go out. Yea I dont think so. Now to top it all off after having now lied to us on two separate occasions they try to give store credit for a future delivery. Honestly I can't believe the gall of them. Why on earth would I order pizza and wings from them again after all of this. Better yet why would I believe they would even make it properly when they were ok lying to me. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and that it was legitimate mess up but to try and tell me twice to wait longer. Not happening.

To anyone reading this, look at the recent reviews on here. They are horrible. Stop ordering from here and get your pizza from anywhere else....

I ordered on the app which was a hassle compared to other pizza chain apps, then when the driver got here I was told they were out of 20oz sodas that I ordered so they gave me a two liter, which would have been a nice jester if I ordered one or two but I ordered the special from the app which was 4 for $5 so I paid $5 for a two liter, and to top that off they didn't even bring a cup like I am supposed to drink from a two liter bottle, i opened up the pizza box and it was not appealing at all but I was at the shop and was really hunger so I decided to try it, it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had delivered from anywhere, it was way undercooked the stuffed crust on the inside was still doughy, none of this is acceptable to me, I highly doubt I will ever order from there again, it would be one thing to have a bad day and mess up a pizza, but to blantently rip me off and charge me $5 for a two liter which is basically stealing from me, at least if they were gonna switch it they could have called me or at least added in some bread sticks or something just to say sorry for the inconvenience, and especially with multiple drinks ordered if you are gonna swap out a two liter for them take some cups especially if on the app it ask you if it is a business they are gonna deliver to, as far as they knew it could have been 4 of us I would not recommend this...

Ordered from this location today and it took forever. When the driver got here he said something about the ovens not working so they had to remake the order. Once I got my food I seen that I was missing a 6 six piece wing. I called back to the store and the person that answered said they would send the wings back out. Here it is the store is closed now and they didn’t pick the phone back up when I called back and I still haven’t received anything. I paid for the wings if they weren’t going to send them back at least give me the money for them back. It’s 10.99 for 6 chicken wings that I didn’t get and was told I would receive them. This is a poor establishment to take money from people in this climate. Don’t have to worry about me ordering from here again. I will be going to the store to get a refund tomorrow. Because the phone conversation was recorded. Just thought people should know what type of place this is before they order from here. Save your money and get Papa...
