The service and atmosphere were no problem.

Maybe the food has changed since some of these other reviews were written.

First off, their drinks weren't refridgerated. Maybe that should have been an indicator. The drinks were warm. I asked for ice. They were waiting for ice to arrive. Ok...

My boyfriend had a cheesesteak, he said the meat was chopped too small and was sort of like dry and pasty. Appetizing.

I ordered the bridge burger on a gluten free bun. The bun was all right, gf can be hit or miss.

However... I could barely taste the onion, which tells me it was raw but not necessarily fresh. The burger was greasy. The flavor was overwhelmed by the cheese/grease, so it was really off balance. I asked for lettuce and tomato and it didn't help.

The fries were pretty flavorless, they were supposed to have a seasoning blend on them. You definitely couldn't tell.

Oh- and I couldnt try the cookie but my boyfriend got one. He took one bite and said it was warm, but hard. Threw the rest away.

I had a great experience at Bridge Street Burgers. The interior is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a really cool chandelier and stylish brick walls. The menu is extensive and creative they’ve got everything from classic cheesesteaks and wings to unique fries like Truffle and Maryland Fries. You can tell they put effort into offering a range of bold flavors.

Service was friendly and fast, and the place had a nice local vibe. I also appreciated the clear, easy-to-read digital menu boards. Bonus points for the variety of drinks in the cooler from craft sodas to water and more.

Fabulous! I had the Ferry Burger and it was perfection! Juicy but cooked through, and the right balance of add-ons (lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and bun) to the burger, so every bite was yummy. I also ordered a side of onion rings and they did not disappoint - a generous portion and absolutely delicious. I finished it off with a chocolate chip cookie and I couldn’t be happier!
