Went in for the first time since moving to town to check for raccoon figurines or ceramic type statues like other animals displayed out front of store. I explained this to employee who greeted me at door. Also explained that I had had a domesticated raccoon who was like my child and he had been my store mascot as well and that was the reasoning for my interest in one of their large outdoor statues if they had a raccoon one available. I was taken to the back and shown the carcass of a dead raccoon displayed in an effort to be comical I can only assume standing up with a bag of chips in his hands and a pile of raccoon skins that were for sale. Needless to say I immediately left the store. Nowhere did I see they has taxidermy items only seen ceramic and stone statues. We Love Rustlers Junction. I could really buy on of everything on there if I had that kind of money. Very country feel. Lots of rugged heavy beautiful furniture. If you like a Texas or Arizona flair you need to visit them. Update: We have just purchased a Table and 6 chairs and a china hutch of sorts.
