I came in and service was good but they basically sold me on a phone that when I wanted it they didn't have so I settled for another phone I didn't really want so I get home n I notice the the light on the phone screen blinks on n off as if eventually my screen will black out so I go back and I say I'd like to exchange my phone I explain n I am told I can't exchange it I ask why and I'm told I used it for 24 hours I read the receipt n there is nothing on there that says you can't exchange it if used for 24 hours so I waited for the GM who was coming in she was called and came in with a very ugly attitude I explained and before I could finish she already was saying there is nothing I can do I read the receipt aloud and she tells me they don't have to follow what that says cause there a independent store I asked so why do u even have a receipt for if you don't honor it so I ask to return it for my money back she says I can return the phone but they don't have to give me my money back so I could leave with the phone or I could return it and leave with nothing not even my money so I have a receipt that means nothing to a store and a phone that don't work and eventually my screen will black out so NO this store is BS I just took the phone n left and I don't know what to do I'm not happy at all and the phone is blinking I hate it n don't...

My father and I switched our plans from Boost mobile to Metro. My father is 81 years old and has a hard time working the smart phones. So after speaking with customer service I was informed we had 14 days to return the smart phone and switch to the simple to use flip phone. My father and I went back to the store on the 6th day of purchase. The manager Josue informed me he couldn't do the switch return only their area manager could. I left my name and number for her to call me directly. The manager told my father to return the next day and they would do the switch then. My father returned the next day and was turned away. The area manager wasn't there again. So my father and I returned again a third time. Same thing the area manager Surelis wasn't yherr again. I later called and left my number for here to call me again. The manager confesses he never gave her my information when I called back the next day.
