Do not even waste your time!!! This place is a joke and their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! so i placed an order back in October for a bedroom set, living room set and a fireplace. The day of delivery they bring me a bedroom set that is broken and even after pointing it out that it was broken the delivery guy swore and guaranteed me that the set will b ok. The next day i put my son on the bed to put his shoes on and the whole bed went down mind u my son is 42 pounds...i called them and complained the issue to them just for them to send the same guy out and add a leg to the bed that broke that same day! I then got fed up and took my business elsewhere! I kept the fireplace in hopes that i didnt have to do bad business with them and it has been HELL!!! The day of your payment if you dont call by a ceryain time they r on the phone blowing you up and leaving threatening messages that if you don't call them back they are gonna have to take action! So when i finally call them back and tell them ill pay them tommorow because im working they decide they are gonna blow my jobs phone up! I then decided they crossed the line and i no longer wanted to do business so i needed to schedule a pick up if their merchandise... after informing them that i can only have them come on tuesday or Thursday because im a single mom with a full time position they decide to go to my apartment and bang on the security door like i committed a crime and thankfully i had a friend go over to let them in yo get their stuff or my landlord was ginna be called...they r very unprofessional, calling corporate is pointless because not only do they not call u back they also assure the store manager to call backnd he doesnt even bother!!!! If i were you i would purchase from AARONS who is very lenient if your a day late and not only cares about their customers but have a wonderful team that touches base with u every couple months to make sure your still happy with their...
