I will begin by saying my experience here was not the most pleasant. The employees did not greet me or try to help me as I entered the store, which I find highly unprofessional because I who have retail experience know that the first thing I was taught is always to greet customers and make sure we’re on top of our sales. Never let any conversion walk in or out of the store without a purchase being made to increase our sale prices; with all of this being said, I find it very unprofessional that these ladies here and other employees did not bother to make any engagement with me whatsoever. I felt very uncomfortable while I browse the store. All they did was look at me but did not even offer to help me. Unlike other customers that would walk into the store after me, they were quick to welcome them and ask them if they needed anything, which was very, again, unprofessional unpleasant. I would not bother to shop here again, primarily if they worked under these management types. I would highly recommend that this small business be retrained again and make sure that their staff is well equipped and learn how to be professional whether it’s busy or not and learn how to be more outgoing...

Didn't have a great first shopping experience here. I ordered online and I got an email it was shipped 1/11. It said I would receive an email when it was ready to be picked up. Come 1/24 I still had not heard anything so I tried calling the store. I called atleast 10 times in two days and they never answered. I eventually called the main customer service line and they said it has been at the store for awhile now, they were not happy the store had not been in touch and she said she would be contacting the manager. Workers gave me attitude when I asked a simple question about a watch. I didn't think it was necessary.
