Spencer's — Local services in Lancaster

I was quietly looking at the pins in the display bin. The pins were in the display bin with no obvious organization. So, I would shift the pins from side to side to try to find a couple I wanted. I didn't think it would be a big deal because the pins looked like they were all just mixed together to start with. But, one of the employees, who had been obnoxious the entire time I was in the store (about 20 minutes) came over and yelled, "those were all organized and now you messed them up. Great." In a snarky tone. Keep in mind, this same woman had been singing at the top of her lungs the entire time I was at the store, as well as dancing and just overall acting unprofessional. I absolutely love this store and the staff they have amazing products I am writing a review and 4 star as a complaint about being forced to purchase bags. I bought an adult toy and was told I could get a 5$ bag or no bag since they were out of their cheaper plastic bags. I cant go around the mall carrying an adult toy so was forced to buy a 5$ bag.
