Every time I come here I'm disappointed. Today was it for me I make an appointment and when I made the appointment I specifically asked if they could do my hands and feet at the same time. I was told yes and asked to come in at 12:30 when I get here there's only two employees working and one of them just started a full set on someone else. So the girl finishes the pedicure and then sets me down and starts helping someone else. I asked what happened to helping me and she said oh I don't know to do dip nails. I never asked for dip Nails I just asked about them but never said that's what I wanted. I will not be wasting my time here again they are very slow.

The problem that I have is you were already working on somebody else when I walked in and you just got started on them which meant you had no intentions of getting my nails done until you were done with the client that you were working with. I made it very clear to you that I had to get both items done at the same time because I was on a break. When I walked in your other employee had just sat down starting the other ladies nails. Y'all don't waste your time and money. I took my daughter there like 4 months ago for a quick cut and color job. My first impression was the owner, Hannah had a very bad attitude toward the black. She offered other white customer water but not us. I had a full set. She charge over $100. When ask why so expensive, she became angry. 2 days later, the color came off and I call to ask for a quick fix. She asked me to come late. She tried to get me pay for another job. I would give this place zero stars if I could. So expensive and my pedicure is horrible. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They do what they want and don't listen and on top of that they get mad when you tell them how you want it, especially the old man.
