Donuts Plus — Restaurant in Lancaster

Used to have the very best donuts in all of the Antelope Valley. I have been going to this donut store since they opened in 91. I bought 4 dozen donuts every single Saturday for 10 years, for my work crew at Plant 42 personnel would come from all over the plant to eat these Donuts, because they were better than the rest. Emphasis on once were better.

The gentleman who runs the store in the afternoon and evenings is a very pleasant kind considerate hard worker.

This store has lost some of the magic it once had. Donuts are no longer top of the line. Even a donut store which has made the same identical donuts over 27 years, has obviously forgotten what made them great to begin with. Now just...

I’ve came here a few times (5 total) and the Asian lady and Hispanic gentleman are nice and helpful….the last 3 times I’ve went I had to deal with this Asian guy and he refuses to help. I asked for a sandwich and he said “we can’t make them past 11am” even though I’ve ordered it from the lady before in the afternoon. Another occasion I asked for a smoothie + sandwich and he said “we’re out” and that’s it….just go to dunkin donut or Starbucks that’s across the street and save...

Donuts are about 4 star but I rated the place overall 3 because I’ve been there a couple of times at different hours and they often can’t accept credit/debit cards because the system is down. And they seem to assume everyone will be paying cash so then they don’t tell you until you have your order ready that they can’t accept your car…should probably say the system is down before you...
