Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lancaster

To be clear I am A former employee of this restaurant, I chose to end my employment with this company. based on several specific incident of the night management being condescending and multiple altercations with the public. while i understand that i am biased, there are several things that the public should know about this location. First of all as recently as September 2020 this location had an employee test positive for covid 19, and in response the upper management simply sent them home without requiring any other staff to test for exposure. which in my opinion is a clear oversite in regards to public health and safety. Secondly The two store managers are married to each other which presents clear issues in regards to holding either management responsible for their actions. Finally the day Management maintained for the duration of my employment an unusual policy, that required employees to never converse during work unless it was work related, regardless i was reprimanded for a work related discussion in regards to the cash till system . whereas the store management were free to converse as much as they like about non work related topics. lastly The management chose to ignore multiple sexual harassment complaints form female staff in regards to an shift manager Named Elvis. i personally can recall at least three instances where said manager should have been reprimanded. but alas the store manager simply gave the offending manager a slap on the wrist. so to be clear if you do not believe any of these egregious act of misconduct should be tolerated, join with me in not supporting a business who has no respect or consideration for its employees or...

I love the food but ive had the worst experience in customer service i go there because the food is so delicious but most of the time if a guy is working in the back making the food i wont buy anything cause its always cold or it doesnt have enough chilli . i would only have Audrey take my order cause she is nice and understands my order quick but the last couple of weeks i had maria not sure if shes new but i have never seen such a friendly happy employee just her smile makes you smile she made me feel welcome and all the times that ive seen her, she take my order is the same positive attitude same smile two times she was in the back and the food was hot and delicious i know she made it cause nobody was in the back with her and she still bother to greet me and smile at me. It's hard fathoming a hot dog costing as much as a far superior double-double cheeseburger In-N-Out! This place does just that. No wonder there were no customers inside and no one in the drive-thru either.

I wanted to try the tasty freeze ice cream, and I ordered an ice cream cone. The vanilla cream flavor was OK, but the consistency and viscosity of the ice cream is horribly over aerated. Compared to Dairy Queen and Foster's Freeze ice cream, Tasty Freeze is an unacceptable, extremely poor excuse for ice cream. DQ has the consistency of a denser ice cream as spot on perfect as ice cream should be, dense but light, and all ice cream should never use an over aeration processed machine.
