Teriyaki & Roll House — Restaurant in Lancaster

I wish I knew where they get their meat at. I could recreate almost anything, but this has been a challenge. I’ve only been here once, and the plate I ordered has been on my mind non stop since. I believe I got the teriyaki beef plate. If my one order is enough to go by, the food here is amazing.

Okay, here to edit my original review. I’ve come twice more since my original review. The second time, they gave my order to a complete stranger that came in to order after me. I knew something was wrong because at this point, I’ve already been waiting a while. Then those people came in and said they got the wrong order, I knew it was mine. They tried giving me that order and I told them no, I want a new set freshly cooked. I spent over 40 minutes waiting for 2 plates. No apologies, no trying to correct the mistake, nothing for the inconvenience.

Next and last time, I went in, waited in line to order, and when we finally got to the front, we were redirected to a new tablet made to order. Okay, cool I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️. I still had questions to ask. We still had to ask the questions to figure out what meal we were going for. When the next people show up and they take their order at the front desk like they didn’t just tell us to order on the tablet??? Anyways. We get home, and it’s not even the order we wanted. When I called to say as much, guy copped an attitude, same guy with the accent that told us to use the tablet, said “I was busy, let me see what I can do,” told me they could exchange it and hung up. Just like that. WOW. Nice customer service. Charged us extra for the plates we didn’t want, didn’t offer us a refund for the plates we did want that were semi cheaper. What even happened to get them...

Two Words: I'M OBSESSED!!! This place is amazing! Personally I'm not a fan of Oriental or Asian cuisine but this place blew my mind. The teriyaki sauce is delicious, the way the beef and chicken is cooked for the bowls is absolutely mouth watering. I'm also not a big fan of "meaty" taste but the way they cook the meat here is incredibly delicious. It's tender, flavorful, and has no "odd parts" like tendons/cartilage/fat. The meat is cut into nice slices and the rice is cooked to perfection. I've been there about 3-4 times and have never been disappointed. I only get the large chicken bowl, large beef bowl, and large chicken& beef bowl. The amount of meat they give you is well worth the money and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this place if you love this type of food and even if you don't. My only complaint is I WISH THEY WERE OPEN LATER AT...

This is the gold standard for teriyaki. If you thought your teriyaki place was the best, you'll be surprised at how much better this place is. I ordered a large chicken teriyaki bowl with extra meat, and my husband ordered a large beef bowl with extra meat. You don't need extra meat. There is plenty without it, but we like to save half for later or the next day. They have a wide variety of drinks, and I ordered a Snapple Strawberry Pineapple. The staff is super nice, and the atmosphere is casual and quiet. The price point is spot on considering most places are more expensive for this type and quality of food. I highly recommend you check this place out. It may just become your new teriyaki place. As a side note: they also have sushi options. However, I have not yet tried it. I will be trying it on...
