Starbucks — Restaurant in Lancaster

Terrible service! I came here tonight and waited over 50 mins in line to get my order. The order was placed on a mobile app and I was told I could not pick up my order inside . I would have to wait in the long line of cars. 2 minutes earlier I saw Brooklyn deliver drinks to customers waiting outside. When it was my turn she told me I had to wait in the line of cars. It took me 50 minutes to get my drinks because I had to wait in the traffic even though I placed a mobile order. I asked Brooklyn why I was not able to pick up my order inside when I saw it sitting on the counter. She said there were only three employees and they did not have the time to deliver drinks to everyone. I would not have waited in line except I had already paid for my drinks and I was not able to get a refund. Brooklyn was very rude and the service here is ridiculous! I will never come to this...

EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS STARBUCKS BAKED GOODS!!. I went to get a banana nut bread and I asked if I could have one in the wrapper as I was not ready to eat it yet. When I received the bread it had an expiration date of July 11th 2018 and today is August 12th 2018. REALLY Starbucks??? You are trying to sell banana bread that expired over a month ago! I told them I didn't want one expired and if I could have one that was not expired. A nice young lady was going to go get a new banana bread when a guy working at Starbucks(tall, curly hair) took it out of her hand and told me oh all of baked goods come frozen, and proceeded to hand me back the expired bread! I immediately asked for a refund. What does being frozen have to do with the expiration date?? It has a expiration date for a reason. SMH! Never going back to this...
