We have now done all three rooms. Jigsaw was very difficult. It's a serious challenge, right up there with The Basement in Sylmar. You really have to be sharp and think "outside the box". The other two are also challenging. The Black Rose pirate escape room was fun. However, it is not an easy room to escape. It is a two room escape room. We did it with our younger children. They had the most fun finding clues in the second room. There wasn't as much searching for them to do in the first room. There are a lot of puzzles in the second room that all those clues go to. You definitely need at least two or three sub teams working on different clues to have a chance in my opinion. We did have trouble with one combination lock not working for us even though we had the right code but other than that, everything functioned well and was of good quality. This room felt like a melding of aspects of The Basement in Sylmar and The Lake House in Valencia. It was the hardest we have encountered yet, but it was a lot of fun. If you want a challenge, this is the one for you.
Voices was also a two room escape. We had a group of ten and that might have been a few too many. There are a lot of clues to find in the first room and it can be hard to stay on top be of everything that is being found which can lead to some duplication of effort. This room flowed pretty logically and I found the puzzles a bit more straight forward than the pirate room. We were able to escape Voices with some time to spare with some hints...
Read moreI’m starting to believe the 5 star reviews for this place are fake… and written by the staff here or through there friends. Because it was nothing but a dreadful experience. The entire Escape room was super small and nowhere else to go, like through doors or other rooms etc. The escape room we chose which was “Captive” was very boring and ONLY revolved around locks 🔐 the entire time and no other puzzles and better clues. Also the walkie talkie to talk to the employees with at the escape room was semi broken, so was very hard to hear and communicate back with. Also no well detailed instructions were given to us from the start and the women who dealt with us was very unprofessional. All in all, it was a waste of time and a waste of money and very disappointing as a birthday gift since I chose to come here for my birthday. I’m not sure how their other escape room is but if you choose to come here don’t go to “captive” you will regret it. Also the blonde women at this establishment (not sure of her name) needs to be fired since she’s a terrible host and employee who fails to communicate properly with the customers and has a bad attitude and does not engage much with the customers at all and does not explain things properly for the...

(Twisted Exit) is the best place to go by far. The rooms are so much fun! I have been to a few in Los Angeles, and they don’t even come close to how good these rooms and props are.
The feeling you get in the rooms because of the sounds and realistic props makes you really tune-in. The best part is, as you start solving clues stuff starts happening out of the nowhere! I don’t want to give away all the good details but just see it for your self you...
