First time here after a horrible experience at sweet bunnys. Coming here made me appreciate just how amazing yogurtland really is. They really care about their customers and want you to come back. They want loyalty, which I am more than happy to give to this establishment. At first entrance, my husband asked many questions because he thinks I overreact on some things. Such as, if someone were to drop their yogurt, would we be charged? Young lady responded by saying, no, you’d just have to get yourself a new cup. He then asked if there’s a fee for using cards. There isn’t one. He asked, if someone doesn’t like the flavor they choose, would they be charged? She said, no, but if you’d like to try any flavor, we do offer samples, just let me know. This continued until he was satisfied. The young lady was very welcoming and attentive. She informed us of rewards programs and showed us nothing but kindness during our visit. She even got swamped with customers and remained cool and collected the entire time. My receipt says my server was Isabella Saenz, so if her employer is reading this, Isabella is a great employee and a hard worker. Hold on to her and incentivize something for her to stay. Good employees are hard to...
Read moreToday April 14 2023, I came into the store and the team member (Dylan) did not properly greet me. I asked the team member how they were suppose to greet customers his response was we don’t change our flavors as much anymore and we don’t have to say it. I told him I haven’t been here in a long time so I don’t know the new flavors. After sitting for a min the manger comes out and say rudely do I have a problem with his employee I told him no I was just asking a question. The manger catches a whole attitude and started to go back and fourth with me on how I was treating Dylan stated that I was harassing him and I asked how, for all you know I am a secret shopper. The manger responds saying that’s good for you if you are a secret shopper. As a previous worker at yogurtland I know how customers should be greeted and the questions they should be ask upon paying for yogurt. I found it very disrespectful how the manger was talking to me and his responses. Making me uncomfortable and not wanting to stay and enjoy my yogurt with my family. He definitely needs training on how to talk to customers especially being the manger. His response was definitely...
Read moreI went at night around 8:30 and I was looking at the door to see when they closed and it said 9. I wasn’t paying complete attention to my hand actions and I accidentally touched the window trying to open the door . The second I walked in I doubled checked and I asked the lady if they were open and she had a attitude with me . She rudely said “yes.... but you just put your hand on my window and I just cleaned it” and I was like “oh my bad I’m sorry It was a accident” and she just stared at me with the dirtiest look for a while it was so awkward and uncomfortable. She looked at me like I broke the window and then she finally spoke and said “uhh okay yea what do you want” and the entire time I was very nice and polite and she had a attitude with me the entire time. She was a African American women who was no offense a little on...
